No. You cannot choose your Matrimony ID. Only system will generate a Matrimony ID for each profile.

Only verified phone numbers can be displayed to the members. This is to avoid junk or invalid phone number entries. A profile with verified phone number creates genuine feel for other members.

This increases your chance of getting more marriage proposals.

Uploading a photo will increase your chance of getting best response from prospective matches. Profiles with photos get 20 times more response since members are likely to see profiles with photos.

Initially only your profile photo will be visible to all the members. Later, if a member is interested in your profile sends you a request and if you accept it or grant him permission then all your details including the rest of your photos will be visible to that member only.
